Refund & Return Policy

At CoreTech Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

✅ Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product arrives defective or damaged.
  • The product you receive is different from what you ordered.

❌ Returns are NOT accepted if:

  • You change your mind or no longer want the product.
  • The product was used, damaged, or not returned in its original packaging.

📦 Return process:

  1. Customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.
  2. We will provide the correct return address depending on the supplier’s warehouse (EU or China).
  3. Customers must cover the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrect.
    • If the return address is in the EU → shipping cost is usually low (5–15€ depending on the courier).
    • If the return address is in China → shipping cost may be higher (15–40€ depending on the courier and weight).

  5. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process a refund or replacement.

  • Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
